Light bar color change

Rat Group: Members Joined: Jun 14, 2012	Hey all i am new to this site.... can anyone tell me how i can change the color of the light bar and the light coming from it in gta san andreas police cars? I have registered in gtapolicemods.com but the next moment the link shows '403 FORBIDDEN' pls help..
