| QUOTE (Stinky12 @ Wednesday, Jun 13 2012, 22:47) | My guess would be OP probably won't be getting any of the cards on the list as if he was able to, then he would have gotten a high-end graphic card in the first place instead of a entry level like the GT440. Even if he's able to now (which I hope is has), there might be a chance he will have to spend a bit more, if he has to change his power supply. OP, sorry no offense, just trying to base it on reality.
A GTX 560Ti in Singapore cost around $350 to $400. |
its funny cuz my PC has a 6GB RAM and a i7 processor so i guess it should be fine. i kinda bought a pre build PC from acer ( worst regret of my life, i wasnt too much into tech that time so i pretty much just saw an i7 logo and a badass casing and it could run crysis 2 at max that time so i thought it would be good. my next comp would be custom build though ) i honestly couldnt give a sh*t about warrenty cuz im gonna get a 2nd comp which would be custom build in about a year or one and a half but for the time being, GT 440 is pure sh*t, it cant handle any game that has directx11 in it. It should be enough, but it's probably a no-name PSU which tend to be sh*tty, so it's hard to say. If you're going to be spending all that money on a new card, I'd advise getting a new PSU which you know is good. Brands like Corsair, Seasonic, XFX, Antec, Silverstone.
