i have the pc version of GTAIV v107 & the pc version of EFLC v1120 i bourght gtaiv & eflc from the game store and not from gfwl if i wont to play the lost and demaned first and then wont to play the Ballad of Gay Tony or vice versa i can load the game straight away without having to exit back to the windows desktop now when i load gtaiv and sign into gfwl on the left side of the screen i can play gtaiv and on the right hand side of the screen is the eflc when i click the eflc im then taken to another load screen where i can play on the left hand side the lost and demaned or on the right hand side i can play the Ballad of Gay Tony as soon as i click on any of the screens ie the lost and demaned or the Ballad of Gay Tony im asked to sighin ( i use the same sighin info on gfwl for both games ) im then taken to the gfwl screen and the only options i have is

confim download
redeem code
usage restrictions

as i bought the game from the game store these 3 options are all useless is there a patch or does anyone know how i can get the gtaiv disc or the eflc disc to load at the same time without haveing all the hassle every time i wont to play either of the games of returning to the desk top and reloading the game + signing back into gfwl i also tried the no cd cracks same thing happens ??

AFAIK that switch menu is made only for the download version, that is the DLC.

yes i know that but what im asking is if there is a patch or does anyone know how to get round this problem i was wondering if anyone had the GTAIV complete edition if so how does that work ?

If you're looking for patches, you're looking in the wrong section. This board is intended only for misbehaving games and yours clearly isn't doing so.

If you bought EfLC on disc then you have to use the EfLC launcher on the EfLC disc. You can't just switch over from the GTA IV disc. The Complete Edition is just the same retail discs (two for GTA IV and two for EfLC) that you'd buy seperately. As Mkey said, the switchover screen on GTA IV is solely for the downloadable versions of the EfLC episodes. There are no official 'patches' to alter this in any way.

Think about it. If you could switch over to EfLC fron GTA IV without changing discs, then why bother buying EfLC in the first place? Everyone would just download a dodgy copy (and product keys) and run the game using GTA IV's SecuROM.
