I think what he is asking is how can he add text which sits below the radar, not sure about adding extra HUD elements to gta vice city and as for editing the radar texture it self I don't think you would have enough room to add text with out if over lapping the radar it self. maybe a cleo script which adds text to the screen which sits there from start up. I think a cleo coder would help you better for this issue.
