Why don't you guys think the Regina made a full appearance in TLAD, apart from the the mission "Heavy Toll"? I thought it was pretty cool.

Why would it? It's just another car that was added in as an expansion. The Vader didn't really appear in TBoGT and that was the only game it EVER appeared in.

There are a few vehicles which are just in missions as far as I can remember such as the Skylift in TBoGT. I think the Romero is too.

As well as Laundromat, Roman's Taxi and Prison Bus...
I liked Regina, pretty cool car, luckily I obtained it during Heavy Toll in my every Playthru...

ya as i others said, its just wierd thing R* always seem to do with nearly al the gtas where they have a vehicle that only appears in certain missions, i don't know why tbh its annoying and they have to stop

the prison bus could have spawned at the prison
the regina could just be in random traffic like all other beaters
the awift could have appeared on any other of the helipads in LC
the romero could have spawned at the cemetary or church
the modded schafter in traffic same with the stetch e

Modded Schafter can be found in the Streets.

A Police Stockade could have been spawned in the Prison,
a Roman's Taxi could have spawned in the Junkyard in Dukes after Roman gets a new Company.
Skylift could have spawned in MeTV helipad. Perfect place for it.
An Annihilator could have spawn in any helipad (in TLaD And TBoGT),
A Slamvan and Gang Burrito could have spawned near AoD clubhouse.
A Laundromat could have spawned near some Laundromats around the City.
A Brickade could have spawned around the Airport.
A Hakuchou Custom could have spawned near The Uptown Riders among with The Double T Custom...

Rockstar miss out so many cool vehicles...

Slam Van is a pretty beast Van that only apphears in a few missions and when you call Terry for guns (really, throughout the game you get all the weapons and ammo you need )<LOL

The Slam Van is in a few Multiplayer modes, like Club Business, and Own The City... which are sadly 2 game modes that i like to play, but it's dead

Regina is great car, Every time I am completing Heavy Toll I have to get one. Too bad R* didn't give us cheat to spawn one like they did with Slamvan and Gang Burrito.
