Reduced Traffic
X, DOWN, UP, R2, DOWN, TRIANGLE, L1, TRIANGLE, LEFT
No peds and only an occasional car on the street. Parked cars still spawn. Great for cruising

when you post say what device you are playing on it makes it a lot easy for people to help you

You can also have no cars on the streets without cheating, after you go to the [Transfender] and it completes the repairs don't drive the vehical - simply get out immediately and walk around town. Although once you get a car again it may make other cars spawn.

I think Bebo genral would do us a favor if he Bought the game instead of using the Pirated game he has, according to his other posts.

Since when does abandoning vehicles in the Paint'n'Spray vacate the street of vehicles?
