And yes, as someone mentioned, you need to get a 64bit OS asap. You're wasting about 4GB of your total memory as we speak. Obviously, since GTAIV runs nice for you that's not a critical problem in this case, but overall you'll want to mark down "install win 7 x64" somewhere on your calendar.

Yes I did,and I still have a problem,and for maxet out settings,I can do it only on GTA IV(1.0.4.0) and get 40-50 ,but what is wrong with EFLC,what's the difference between old IV and EFLC??

The basic different is your patch, 1.0.4.0 is old patch and maxed out settings are like medium/high settings on 1.0.7.0 patch (1.0.7.0 IV = 1.1.2.0 EFLC)

I guess the last patch is just a performence waste cuz there is no big deffirence in image quality and for the shadows very hight in the old solution are ok and guive good performence but hight (in new shadows)guive horrible fps!!
