Similar to the Hist Mod, but now you rob the gangs of LC. I'll be using most buildings with interiors in the city that i can find.

Each building will have its own protection crew: 5/20 crew members, 1 leader per location.

Some gangs will have 4 locations:

Gang HQ: 20 crew members 1 leader
Money laundering: 10 crew members 1 leader .
Drug operation: 20 crew members 1 leader .
Gang safe house: 5 crew members 1 leader .

You'll have to kill the crew leader to obtain the money: Attaches a money bag to player.
Once you obtain the money you'll then have to make it to the drop off point: Surviving any enemy car/boat chases.
Killing 3 crew leaders will start a gang war: Enemy gangs will try to take you out, in an all out assault where ever you are in the city: Street/Interior buildings.

This is for those who want more gang warfare in game play.
Gangs used:
Russians.
Chinese.
Italian Mafia.

Note i am not the actual coder, it my uncle who's doing all the coding for me. I'm the coordinator of it all.
If any one has found any good gang hide out buildings that can be used, post locations using (x,y,z) and ill check them out.

If this mod is pulled of with success, then the next mod to come is Gang Disruption Lines.
Quick info snip: Remember missions like: Harboring A Grudge and Truck Hustle. I say no more.

Whats been done:
Ive combined the GTA_IV_EFLC_Map_Updates: Adding more interior buildings.

Russian Business:
Money Laundering Operations:
1:Comrades Bar: Holds up to $10,000. (5 crew members 1 leader). Leader will try to escape out the back door and into his car. Defend off enemy cars.
2:Perestroika: Holds up to $20,000. (10 crew members 1 leader). Defend off enemy cars.

Drug Operations:
1:Boatyard on Charge Island: Holds up to $50,000. (20 crew members 1 leader). Extra bonus cash: Hijack the boat with the drugs on it, deliver to location for extra income: $50,000. Defend off enemy boat.

Chinese Business:
Drug Operations:
1:Fish market harbor warehouse on Emerald Street: Holds up to $50,000. (15 crew members 1 leader). Extra bonus cash: Hijack the boat with the drugs on it, deliver to location for extra income: $50,000. Defend off enemy boat.

More Chinese Business location soon, This gang is limited to a small area ill need to make up some new Business locations, and add more Chinese (popcycle) in that area.

Italian Mafia Business:
Money Laundering Operations:
1:Auto Eroticar: Holds up to $30,000. (5 crew members 1 leader). Defend off enemy cars.
2:Big Paulie Budget Cars:Holds up to $30,000. (5 crew members 1 leader). Defend off enemy cars.
3:The Schlongberg Sachs building located on Asahara Rd: Holds up to $100,000. You'll need to attack the convoy when it's on the move. (11 crew members 1 leader). Defend off enemy cars and maybe a chopper ?. Credit to: Prof_Farnsworth: (Hijack convoy Mod)

Drug Operations:
1:Sprunk Factory: Holds up to $50,000. (20 crew members 1 leader). Defend off enemy cars. Extra bonus cash: Hijack the truck with the drugs in it, deliver to location for extra income: $50,000. Defend off enemy cars.
2:Waste Management Plant under the Algonquin Bridge: Holds up to $50,000. (20 crew members 1 leader). Defend off enemy cars. Extra bonus cash: Hijack the boat with the drugs on it, deliver to location for extra income: $50,000. Defend off enemy boats.

Gang safe house:
1:Italian Mafia safe house on Owl Creek Ave: Has a very large mansion with a helicopter in the back. Holds up to $100,000. (15 crew members 1 leader).

Note: I've added lots of ped animations at each location. What you should see: Peds: sitting/chilling/smoking/holding weapons.
Note: I've added lots of objects at each location. What you should see: Cars/drugs/money-non collectable/guns/objects that peds can interact with I.E: tables/chairs.

Ill be adding more location next week. Hopping to have locations all over the city.
Give thanks to my uncle hes doing a good job with the coding for me, time is based around his free time.

Pending update?:
Do you know what, I've been thinking that maybe this is way to much money taking. So im gonna turn the bonus hijacks into actual drugs. Thus being able to sell on your supply to:

Gangs: set up deals around the city: (Random to go good/bad/police sting).
Business Fronts:
Night Clubs from the BOGT. Note: You will need the gta IV map update.
Strip clubs.
Stash House: You'll have to wait a few days for the drugs to be distributed: (Random to be robbed/police sting). If robbed you'll have to contact your informer in gang, then retrieve back what is yours. You will be able to save the drugs in ur safe houses. So what i put as the hijack ($) is now the amount of drugs your tacking from them.

Why the change?: Because to be honest i know my uncle will finish this project, but to get him to get through another one? If their is one thing Ive learned in life nothing is promised. So i think im gonna try get the most out of his that i can.

Update 04/10/2012

Ok sorry all for the dead air but as i said i wasnt the modder my uncle is.

whats new ? hes now done the drugs side of things so now when you can:
store hijacted drugs in safe houses
houses can be raided by fbi agents
distrabute your drugs to other gangs around the city

please remember their will be no other releses of this mod once it is relesed so please give me and my uncle time to get the cracks out so then you all dont have to complane more than you have to.

once relesed all modders are free to add or up date on this mod as you wish.
when might it be finished ? early next year or xmas sorry. but even doe gta 5 will be out soon many people around the world still play gta san so yah thats all im saying.

Im doing all the location/ped/object placement settings. Its down to my uncle to do all the coding i need. So the time is based around his free time, but i hope to learn as hes putting it all together. I have so many idea's i want to put down.

haha,It's a bit funny because I made an "EFLC map update to IV" mod before and its very stable...working well on IV 1.0.4.0,but when I saw this one I decided to lock my crap into a winrar archive and throw it away into the recycle bin tounge.gif (and the archive is still there for now! tounge2.gif )

If you're using 1.0.4.0 then it will crash something to do with the shaders I think.
If you want it to work use 1.0.7.0 but then that makes enb look like sh*t....

To be honest I was exited for this mod but then I was like its gonna use those map updates mercie_blink.gif

Maybe you can include an ini file to enable us to use or not use these locations... Just saying. cool.gif
