The subject of this topic is simple, I'll made a statue of a character or something else you want.
For better explanation, watch the screenshots of the existing statues.

All you have to do is:
- Give me the model you want to "statuize"
- nothing else

After I've done all the needed, I'll give you a .dffand a .txd, you have to put them in GTA3.img or, if you use IMG limit adjuster (I suggest to use it), in a .img archive.
After that you have to download the .col file each time you download a new statue, because it's a file that contains the collision files of all the models.
After that you can Place the statue where you want with Map Editor.

Interesting. I'm wondering about the black lines. Are they always on the edges like that, or are they textured to be there and you have to look at it from the right angle to look right. If their always outlining the model from your prospective, how did you do it?

If you want to see an example of the usage of black lines:

You have to work with normals to see the model correctly.
