This game is way too hard, how people have managed to complete it without using cheats is beyond me. Like once I just did Sweets Girl mission, and I died because I cornered into these two weird pillar things and couldn't shoot from them. This game is frustratingly hard >.< just like VC. I would do Paramedic missions but their way too hard.

Am I just bad at the game, or on PC is it just harder. (I'm using a laptop)

I don't really find the game that hard. Sure, when I firstly played it back in March 2010 I had some trouble passing some missions with flying. Considering you're at the very beginning of the game, and don't want to use cheats, the fastest and safest way to kill the enemies would be headshots. Have you modified any of the game controls? You might have made the game harder yourself.

For Paramedic you need patience. If you kill accidentally someone who you're supposed to save, don't get out of mind. It happens to everybody. Just try again later when you'll be in the mood again. The best place to do the Paramedic missions would be to go to Montgomery. Search for such a city on your radar and map. It's somewhere above the Los Santos city on the map.

I don't really find any of the GTA's hard. Just look at the bottom of my signature.

To add to Miro's tips for Paramedic, another good place to do them is Fort Carson in Bone County. It has one hospital and only a few places for the people to spawn.

First thing to consider is you aren't going to die if you can't do a mission.
CJ shouldn't shoot when driving most of the time.
Sweet's Girl: after they get in the car to go home Just have CJ Drive. Let Sweet do the shooting.
There are a couple of missions like this. When CJ shoots it brings the cops, so CJ shoudn't shoot.

Paramedic/Firefighting: Can be done anywhere.
The only people of importance are the patients/people on fire. Drive Cross-Country. Run over anybody that gets in the way. Take chances up to level six. Be careful from level seven up.

IMO only zero missions are personally hard.

in sweets girl, you might also want to get a m4 in between yellow ramps, a mp5 smg at the roof of jefferson, a deagle near the harbor in playa del seville, or a rpg7 at the roof of a building in downtown los santos using a shamal. There's also a sniper rifle at the top of the interglobal studios in vinewood. Also an AK-47 behind the food mart in mulholland near the home in the hills.


Spraying all 100 tags is useful. Not only you have weapons cache at the kitchen in cj's house, but also your gang heavily armed with desert eagles, mp5 smgs and knives and not the usual 9mms and tec9s. You can do it in one day simply with the help of SAMA.
if you are done with green sabre you may want to do paramedic at angel pine.

Like what miromiro said, tap them in the head. But since you dont want a 9mm, I recommend the M4 like what I said earlier at the airport. This is easy to get. Just get on top of the guard house(he'll keep on saying its restricted but who cares) go around the gate. It will open. Get your vehicle inside. Now find 3 ramps. The carbine is located in between the first and second ramps.

You probably should get some training on PC games. because in fact Sweet girl's is a REALLY excruciatingly easy mission...
Only hard mission are the ones in Riot mode at the end of the game...

On my first play through, I did screw up this missions a few times. I left myself out in the open which got me killed. I tried kneeling down behind the wall which doesn't work either. Staying below the second floor walkway on their side worked for me. It let me see them one at a time while movin towards the stairs, not leaving myself exposed.

Some things that should be easy are made difficult because of over confidence.

I have more suggestions:
-Make sure you have a body armor then use a chainsaw.
-Use a car to ram them off.(I recommend a big vehicle)
-Get like 300 ammo for SMG, use a bike(NRG) then shoot forward.
-Finish the 8-Track stadium, then kill then using the monster.
-Get an All-proof Tampa and ram them.
-Recruit gang members(it would be better if you sprayed 100 gang tags because they carry MP5s, Desert Eagles and Knives)
-Finish Paramedic and then chute to the building with satellite to pick up the RPG then fall down(assuming you completed paramedic)
-Use a sniper if you like shooting at heights.
-If these don't work for you, you can always request here.Just make sure you have the right format so they will know what script file to use.

Okay so I took your advice and I completed Sweets Girl and kept going on and on with missions. Then I got to OG's Loc mission 'Madd Dog Rhymes' I completed it by cheating (FULLCLIP and BAGUVIX) then I met the police to do a horrible mission, thank god I had cheats. I had to burn this place down while getting shot then help a girl who was trapped into the building?

Damn.

Oh and guys I figured out I'm a PC noob, because I don't really play many games on a PC. I have for a few months now, but barely any shooters. So I'm using the BAGUVIX cheat. Until I learn...thanks

Cheating doesn't help learn, except the Hydra. Cheating to PRACTICE/learn how to fly it is worth the while, But DON'T save after it's use with the cheat. (JumpJet).

You might consider getting a USB Generic (12 button) GamePad, i.e. Logitech's Dual Action. The game play will be more rewarding as the keyboard and mouse are a bit clumsy. Also the gamepad is a recommended item for the GTA:SA by Rockstar.

EXPLORE for FREE weapons and body Armour. On roofs, in buildings, behind walls/hedges, up alleys, under bridges, look around you don't have to go mission to mission.
You can litterily go through the game without spending a dollar, except as required in a couple of missions.
Buy Safe House. Their purpose is more than saving games. If you change/buy a shirt or pants for CJ you can lose all the wanted stars he has (without saving).

Actually, that would make the game seem harder, as the Mouse/Keyboard makes it A LOT easier to drive(using the arrow keys/space(hand brake) and shoot using the mouse, than trying to use a controller..To me, the game seems harder using a controller, as I have played both the PC and PS2 versions, and the PS2 version seem a lot harder than PC due to the controller vs. the mouse and keyboard...Plus, the PC version was designed to be played with a mouse and keyboard, as that is what comes standard with all PC's...Just make sure to use a regular USB mouse and NOT the laptop mouse, as that would make it harder...

In my opinion, the ONLY thing that makes the PC version harder, is IF you are playing on a lower-end PC that has a lot of lag-confirmed that on my old XP Home PC...

I forgot to mention, DON'T think you can save money by trying to adapt a console gamepad (Xbox, PS3, etc). You may save a dollar but end up spending hours trying to get it to work.

Another thing to consider is being Hunched over the piano (keyboard) and mouse, as opposed to sitting back and enjoying the game (GamePad).

Buy Counter Strike/download GTA3 with 100% save file. Now if you get the hang of it without using cheats in either of those games, I tell you. The game would be easy without cheats.
It would also be useful if you do rolling to avoid being shot too much.

Another tip in the "mission where you save a girl trapped on fire" or Burning Desire would be to complete Firefighter, Paramedic, or Vigilante(+50 in armors)
Note that if you use cheats it prevents you from completing the game, like in Burning Desire. If you use 100 or more cheats while you do the mission, you can't complete it. Denise won't go inside.


If I have time, I would make a "Weapons-Run" video. But I can't play properly because Bandicam lags as hell. I don't want to pay for Fraps though since I honestly don't know if I can pay for it here in the Philippines.
