The game can`t start.

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jun 8, 2012	Last time i post about GTA SA where i can`t save or load the game.So today i feel like playing GTA VC.But when i tried to open the game,the screen becomes black and didn`t do anything.I wait and wait and wait but it still not starting.What should i do?Is there any file that i need to fix?

Time Killa™ Group: Zaibatsu Joined: Nov 26, 2009	Where have you got the game? Did you install any mods? Have you tried removing the gta_vc.set file located here (XP): C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\GTA Vice City User Files? Did it work before? Have you changes any settings to it since then? Have you tried re-installing it?
