Okay while I enjoy the cheats I'm having a hard time deactivating a few which is giving me the warning about the side effects.

Here's the ones I'm troubleshooting:

Max Muscle
Health, Money, and Armor
Max Sex Appeal
Wanted Levels

As far as I know:
-Over 9000100 cheats will not allow you to proceed any further in Burning Desire/Photo Opportunity/<add more>
-Never wanted cheat cannot let you proceed any further in Mike Toreno.
-Riot Cheat won't let you proceed any further in "Madd Dogg".

The Max muscle, hesoyam, sex appeal won't really prevent you from going on as long as it's not 100 or more.

Well if that's what you mean anyway.

Also, here are the cheats which cannot be deactivated:
-Jetpack cheat(i think)
-Tank cheat(you don't need this cheat actually, you can just hit the area 69 ground, bail out then take a tank in one of the hangars)
-Hydra/Jumpjet cheat(this is somehow useful because you can practice your hydra skills with this cheat)
-Hesoyam cheat
-Weapon Cheats(Tier 1-3)
-I don't know with the muscle.
-Hunter cheat
-Riot cheat(warning:never use this cheat unless you are between A home in the hills-Los Desperados; i think it can be removed when you complete the final storyline mission, End Of The Line)

Actually, I've completed the entire storyline using cheats to see how long it would take, and I had no problems at all. I've heard a lot of people saying that especially in Are You Going To San Fierro that it's impossible to proceed.

I also regularly save with cheats in my 100% Completion save file (after getting 100% of course!) and, again, I've had no problems whatsoever, although I tend to only use never wanted, infinite health, infinite ammunition and occasionally the health and armor cheat if I've half blown myself up.

you always get the warning sign about side effects even if you deactivate cheats on saving the game

Yup...the stat will still be present for how many times you've cheated. This can only be removed by using a cheating disc or savegame editor to reduce the stat to zero (which will kill off the warning message).

It's so you can mess around with the cheats for fun. The reason why the cheats turn off everytime is so if you wanted to further your game without cheats, you will be able to. Deactivating them doesn't stop the game from seeing that you used them, unless you turn off your game or reload your game.

Button cheats never stay on when you turn of the game

Well I'm screwed since I can't get all the cheats to turn off. Should've left them alone. Oh well at least I have some brand new advantages.

If you want you can use a Trainer in order to control your usage and has new hotkeys in order to activate such cheats.
