hi , first glad to see the site is back . my question is simple is there a free tool to convert 3ds files to gta 4 format without having to take out the credit card . for now the only two solutions i have found are payware . one consist in buying Autodesk 3D max which is very expensive and the other in buying Zmodeler which is also payware . i was surprised to see lot of cool 3D models were released by enthousiasts around there , but there are or 3ds files or obj or mtl
