I just realized I've completed 25 drug wars but I don't see any weapons anywhere at my safehouse. Shouldn't I have 2 weapons here by now? I'm assuming I'm just not looking in the right place. Sorry ahead of time for the rather stupid question.

What's the best strategy to acquire the Police Stinger?

Here are the rewards and their locations, did you try looking into all? Here's a list of them from GTAWiki:

• 10 Wars completed: A Pistol .44 spawns on the coffee table of Luis' safehouse. The weapon spawns after completing the mission “Boulevard Baby” and the necessary Drug Wars.
  
• 20 Wars completed: An Advanced Machine Gun (M249) spawns in the kitchen of Luis' safehouse. The weapon spawns after completing the mission “Going Deep ” and the necessary Drug Wars.
  
• 25 Wars completed: The 'Snow Queen' achievement/trophy, worth 20G is unlocked.
  
• 30 Wars completed: An Automatic Shotgun (AA-12), loaded with green Explosive Shells, spawns in the kitchen of Luis' safehouse. The weapon spawns after completing the mission “High Dive” and the necessary Drug Wars.
  
• 40 Wars completed: Sticky Bombs spawns on the coffee table of Luis' safehouse. The weapon spawns after completing the mission “Bang Bang ” and the necessary Drug Wars.
  
• All 50 Wars completed: A Gold SMG spawns on the dining table of Luis' safehouse. The weapon spawns after completing the mission “Departure Time ” and the necessary Drug Wars.

Yeah, I actually just finished Googling it and everything I found just said they were in the safehouse but not where specifically.

How 'bout an easy way to get the Police Stinger?

Well, here are some locations:

• In the parking lot of the police headquarters in East Holland, Algonquin, during multiplayer and in Free Mode.
  
• At the front of the police headquarters in Westminster, Algonquin, during multiplayer and Free Mode.
  
• In the parking lot of the large police station in Leftwood, during multiplayer and in Free Mode.
  
• Can also be rarely seen when being chased by the cops during Free Mode.
  
• This vehicle spawns in the areas above in only multiplayer regardless of completon of the game.
  
• Can be used in Singleplayer with the use of Modifications on the PC version.

Only way to get that is in multiplayer. You might be able to spawn it with something like Simple Native Trainer but I'm not sure...

As for fastest car, its probably the Infernus or Coment. In EFLC, I've found that driving around in a sports car will eventually make the Infernus spawn on the streets.

Edit: The Comet and the Turismo appear to be the 2 fastest cars offline.

I don't suppose there's any bulletproof versions of these anywhere in the game is there?

Well if you have a jailbroken PS3 you could use mods. However you could go on a modding website like psx-scene.com and ask a modder to spawn one, save it in the parking space, and send you the save.

If you do that you might as well ask them for the long list of other vehicles you can't get including:
-Un-modded Shafter
-Brickade
-Police Bike
-Skylift
-Swift (After Departure time its replaced with a gold Buzzard.)
-Police Buffalo
-Destroyed Police car (that is driveable)

Also the modder might be able to give the car god mode with scripts.

Sorry I can't help with this. I don't have a jailbroken PS3 as I got mine after the patch. I would of been able to help you if you were on the Xbox 360 version or the PC version.

The Infernus is fast, as is the Bullet, but the road-holding on these two is dreadful and they don't drift very well. The Comet is one of the best all-rounders with the Turismo narrowly edging it. Wasn't too keen on the Super GT or F620 (they look and handle identically).

So the Comet is faster but the Turismo handles better?

I don't think I've driven the Super GT yet, but I did find an F620 and I thought it felt extremely fast. Even faster than the Comet and Turismo, but not according to the stats.

I've now completed the game 100%.

When you call Armando for the gun van it looks like there's a place for a third handgun. Is there a third one or just the two? I figured eventually that extra hole would be filled with something but nope.

Yes, I noticed that as well, but apart from the regular pistol and the .44 magnum, that seems to be it. I played through the game the first time expecting another handgun to pop up, thought it might be the automatic that Johnny had in Lost and Damned.

Well there's 3 pistols that you can use in TBOGT. Pistol, Combat Pistol and .44 Magnum.

You sure? How do you get the third? Like I said, I've 100%'d the game and still don't have it.

The Combat Pistol (the Desert Eagle) is the one you start with. If you drop it for another gun, you can buy one from a gun store
(Armando does, for some reason, only sell the standart pistol and the Pistol .44).

For the Pistol .44, call Armando and buy one, it should be available after completing 'Boulevard Baby'.

I have it in my safehouse after finishing the Drug Wars. I have that and the other weak pistol but I don't ever recall seeing a third pistol. Weird that there's a third slot for a third pistol in Armando's van without the combat pistol actually being in there.

So that should be more powerful than the .44 is right? I thought the .44 was the best pistol on the game.

Edit: Just checked the stats. Looks like the .44 is still the overall better gun.
