GTA IV won't update

Then as it was, but again it will be Group: Members Joined: Jul 16, 2011	I re-installed IV earlier today to see if this mod called VisualIV could help with my performance. Unfortunately, I had a problem after installation. While I was signing in to Xbox LIVE, I had connection problems and LIVE was closed. Then, the game ran and started a new game, but it still isn't updated and the RGSC logo is still on my desktop. What should I do?
