Ok I dont know how to really explain this problem but ill try my best

When I open the textures in Spark IV, eg. bus, I edit the livery for it but in Spark it shows just the images but the background of it looks sort of like a grid? But when I edit in Paintshop and save and import, no matter what it makes the background solid white so it messes everything up.

How can I edit the images but keep the background looking like a grid?

i think you're talking of the transparency . in paint editors transparency is shown as a grid . for transparency editing i use Photofiltre (freeware)

You my friend are a saint, that program worked. I just gotta figure out the transparency number. 0 makes everything look crappy but 100 makes the banner look transparent
