Idk where I should post it so I'm gonna post it there:
Well some time ago I've found a bug on one of the buildings in San Fierro , the side of it was 'dark' eg. no specular on it , so I re-started my game and checked it again , it was still there , so by that whole time I was ignoring that , but now I decided to get some help , so I'm posting that here.
Here's the question:
Does anyone have that bug?
And second:
How can it be fixed?
Anyways here are the screens of it:
No bug visible when I'm far away from that building:

But when I get closer.....the bug occurs:

1.It occurs on both SP and MP.
2.I tried to use random timecyc's , even the original one and see if the bug still occurs(timecyc's with specular and without) , the bug was still occuring.
3.I asked some people in SAMP about it and they had this bug too.
4.It even occurs on clean GTA

Looks like prelighting/vertexcolours.
I never noticed that before but its quite bad isnt it lol comes up a lot darker on mine than in those pics too, a big, almost black bit of a building. btw it looks okay from a distance because your looking at a different model.

edit

Just get the model in max and it can be edited using the vertex paint modifier.
just to show I did it quickly, not properly (obviously tounge.gif).

after being dead I saw evening again..I play in real time.
the building is totally darkish/blackish now, no lightning and no texture colour seen at all compared to the other buildings there biggrin.gif

So my guess is that it wasn't the solution you thought it would be wink.gif
