Is it possible to make for sa rampage missions like in vice city this isn´t request i only want to ask if it´s possible

I believe Silent was working on this for VCSPC. I also recall the PS2 version having 2 player rampages.

Proper rampage command exists in SA too, and it works just like in III/VC, so there's no big deal with it.
