Then there is something wrong with the card if it's overheating at only 71C.
What happens when it gets that hot?
Is that the only game that causes that?
Have you tried running MSI Kombustor to stress the card to see what happens there?

Ok so the card gets up to 80C. What sort of bad things are happening when it gets that hot?

@PrometheusX
From the way he worded that it sounds like by 'coolers' he means case fans.

@CJ430
If you did mean case fans for 'coolers' then where to put them depends on what you have available in your case.

If you've overclocked your GPU 12% without boosting the cooling, then yes, that's probably the cause of your problems. Without really good case airflow, better GPU coolers or water you'll significantly shorten the life of your graphics card.

You're still not telling us WHAT IS HAPPENING at the time it gets that hot.
Look. In most newer games my card easily gets to 70-80C but that's to be expected and no big deal. It's when it gets in the 90s that I start to worry and might even expect to possibly see some issues caused from it running that hot.
All you keep saying is that it's "over heating" and you started off saying it's over heating while playing Angry Birds. But what you have yet to tell us is what bad things are happening when it gets that hot.
If you're only issue is that it gets to 70-80C then don't worry about it, it's not over heating.

As for the overclock, some cards come from the factory pre-overclocked. From the sound of it, that you know it's exactly 12% overclocked makes me think that you read that on the card's box or website or something like that and if that is the case then it's a factory overclocked so you have nothing to worry about there.
If however you did overclock it, AND SOMETHING BAD IS HAPPENING, then yes reset the clock speeds back to the original factory setting. However even overclocked by 12% over factory and reaching 70-80C is nothing to worry about unless something bad is happening which you still haven't told us.

...........................................................................................................................................
How can i overclock the CPU more than 2.0 GHZ? I have a dual core 1.8 ghz.........every time i try to run it higher than2.0 ghz , my pc restarts........... what can i do, because i dont have money for a brand new CPU.......
And i ve heard that the thermal paste on the cpu cooler should be the problem....... because im not a genius and when i opened my pc case to clean it up....... i cleaned by mistake that thermal paste because i was thinking that was dirty...............

That still doesn't answer the main question.
IS THERE SOMETHING BAD HAPPENING WHEN THE CARD GETS HOT? YES OR NO!

MSI Afterburner can increase the fan speed as the temps go on.

No. That is for onboard video only and you seem to have a physical card.

Really?!?
First your complaining that your gfx card is "overheating" and now you want to overclock your CPU?!?
The last thing you should do is to be trying to OC the CPU. Hell the last thing it sounds like you should be doing is opening your case. You can even answer a simple question.

Look this is the last time I'm going to ask this. If you don't answer this same question this time I will lock this topic.
You said your card is getting to 70-80C when you play games. Other than the heat is there anything bad happening when the card gets that hot? Does the PC shut down? Does the game crash? Do you get artifacts? Does anything else strange that is not normal happen while playing?
If the answer to any one of these is Yes, then give details to what bad things is happening.
If the answer to these is No, then don't freaking worry about it. From what I found that card's max temp is around 100C, so until you get to 95C don't worry about it.
