A lot of them utilize a graphics mod or two (the most common ones being the latest ENB and a simple HUD mod to get rid of the crosshairs). The miniscule pics are just avatars, go ahead and use them if you'd like. Don't be surprised if you find a duplicate or two, and please notify me if you do (but please don't tell me about finding an image in both .jpg and .png format). *GTA-related stuff ends at Page 8. The nicer ones:

Might I ask where you got the car?

It's EFLC, and I used a trainer (which is also useful for clearing traffic and removing the HUD entirely). Simple Native Trainer 6.3, IIRC.
