Basically, vote for the most messed-up characters in GTA. Whether they be scary, disturbing, psycho, or just plain insane. Not all of them have to be violent psychopaths, some just have to be disturbing, like Toshiko Kasen and her utter lack of self-preservation.

He is selfish, idiot who got trapped in Lance's plan and got kicked to Vice City by Sonny. A little gay no offence and the story was some other track and Tommy was on another track where he is crushed by a super fast train. Still, in India, 94% people love GTA Vice City.

He was not that bad but the whole game was disturbed by him.

It's gotta be Eddie Low. He's done some pretty sick sh*t if you read his MyRoom and blog pages. Killed his parents, kept his mother's severed breast and nurses off of it, eviscerated and hung a kid from a flagpole, cooked a baby in an oven, etc.

I voted for Eddie Low.

When I was doing his side missions I felt awfully uncomfortable all the way through, especially since at the time I was reading the news reports on the in-game news sites of the serial killer in Liberty City. And when he finally attacked me I shat myself. I jumped on the roof of the nearest car to me and continuously shot him with my shotgun. After, I kicked and stabbed him repeatedly scared out of my mind.

Eddie Low. I voted for him. God, he made me sick with what he tells Niko, and he made me nervous and uncomfortable.

I hated doing his side missions but I would do them to get him out of the way faster.

I know I didn't have to fool with their missions, but then they would be lurking there, waiting for Niko to walk by them.

Also, another one that made me sick was Jeff. His name wasn't up on the poll but he was another one that made me nervous. I hated his side missions also, but I would do them just the same as Eddie's...to get them done and out of the way!

Seeing these are just characters in a game or even a movie would make you want to run away from in real life!

Yeah Eddie Low is definitely a sick puppy. I was kind of surprised R* even made a character like him.

Well they certainly didn't fall short making GTA IV the most dark and gritty GTA yet with characters like Eddie.
