MY MODS ARE PROJECT OBLIVION 2010HQ , ENB SERIES , SRT 3 1.7 , NEW GREAT EFFECTS , ALL CARS AND THEIR NAMES ARE CHANGED AND A LOTS OF CLEO MODS.......................... PLEASE SOMEBODY TELL ME WHAT I CAN DO? You answered your own question.

In other words, your pc specs are far too low for HQ mods.

Edit: Crap, i mis-read your vram as 256 not 1gb

Your PC is still too weak to use ENB series; for one, my processor is 2.1 GHz, and barely plays GTA SA at the highest settings. A 1.8 GHz processor is much weaker.

It is good enough... I can play almost everything, even at low settings or medium.... Who needs enb? The gameplay counts here!
