Note
As you scroll down towards the older mods, you'll notice they have been edited with a watermark. Please disregard them the best you can, the ones from 2010/early '11 are the worst. I was new to Photoshop and I realize now they are too big and distracting, sorry about that. Also this is NOT any form of attempt to copy NaidRaida's Gangsta Rides topic, I just wanted to see if the public like these kind of miscellaneous modifications.
Similar to NaidRaida's Gangsta Rides topic, this topic will include a bunch of my GTA IV vehicle mods ready for download along with progress updates, sneak peaks etc. The vehicle mods can include anything from a simple tuning to a crazy idea made real, in the GTA IV world.Blista CompactDownload: http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/blista-compact-f15010 Major Changes • Front Grill - The front grill has more spacing between the individual grill bars. • Wheels - I have swaped the wheels for the one from the Serrano2, these wheels can be coloured. • Exhaust - I replaced the exhaust with the one from the Serrano2 as well as increased its size a bit. • Rear middle tail light - At the back of the Blista there was a middle tail light, I have removed this and added a black spot to separate the two tail lights. • Hood - The hood has been changed to a carbon hood.
Extra's and Info About Them. • Spoilers - There are 2 variations of the spoiler. A small carbon one and a large normal one. These are listed as Extra's 1 & 2. • Front Bumper - The front bumper has 4 extra's. Extra 3 is the middle number plate, Extra 4 is the two extra lights, Extra 5 is the bumper skirt as well as the side number plate, Extra 6 are the fog lights. • Rear Bumper - The rear bumper contains 1 extra. The extra is listed as Extra 9 and is the rear bumper skirt. • Roof Cover - The roof cover is listed as Extra 7. • Side Skirts and Windscreen cover - The side skirts and windscreen cover is list as Extra 8.
Current Bugs • Wheels - I don't know if it is just the ENB I'm using but you'll notice there is a white flashing effect when the wheels turn. Again it might just be the ENB I'm using.New MananaDownload: http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/vehicle-mods/14539 [b]Major Changes • Wheels - I have swapped the wheels for the ones from the SultanRS, these can be coloured. • Exhausts - The exhausts from the Peyote have been implemented as well as increased slightly in size. • Front Grill - I have removed every second strip of metal from the front grill to allow more spacing and give it a better (meaner) look.
Extra's And Info About Them • Bonnet/Hood scoop - The bonnet/hood scoop from the Dukes has been added. This is labelled as Extra 1. • Spare Tyre in Trunk - I have added a spare tire in the trunk of the car. This is labelled as Extra 3.New FaggioDownload: http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/vehicle-mods/14427 Major Changes • Handle bars/Forks - I have replaced the entire front end of the Faggio with the front end of the Hexer bike. • Wheels - I have swaped the front wheel for the one from the Hexer and the rear wheel is from the Angel bike. • Exhausts - I added the exhausts from the Hexer to the right side of the Faggio as well as increased their size to look fatter. • Rear back rest - I have added a back rest for the passenger, this is from the Angel bike also.
I reccomend you use the following handling line. Simply copy this INCLUDING 'FAGGIO2' and paste it under the 'bikes' section in the TBoGT handling file. FAGGIO2 250.0 13.0 85 0.0 0.0 -0.1 0.0 5 0.15 1.0 150.0 1.0 0.60 0.7 35.0 1.60 1.30 13.5 0.10 0.48 5.0 3.0 3.0 0.15 -0.15 0.0 0.5 0.5 1.0 0.8 1.5 0.0 7000 440800 1 0Slammer GT (New Slamvan)Download: http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/vehicle-mods/14065 Major Changes • Front grill - The original Tow Truck grill is replaced with the Slamvan one. • Exhaust - Size of the exhaust has been increased slightly. • Front/Rear Bumpers - Both are taken from the Slamvan. • Wheels - I have swaped the wheels for the ones from the Sultan RS, these wheels CAN be coloured. • Interior - Interior from the Slamvan is replacing the old warn one.
Extra's and Info About Them • Bonnet - There is a bonnet/hood scoop. • Horn - This is added to give a unique look to the Slammer GT. • Boxes - Boxes from the Bobcat have been added to the rear of the Slammer GT.New FeltzerDownload: http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/misc-mods/13048 Major Changes • Engine - The engine looks more like a sports/muscle engine. • Front/Rear Bumpers - I have incread the size of both bumpers for a more speedy and import look. • Colours - I have enabled 2 colours for the Feltzer. The main colour, the wheel colour and the pin stripe colour. • Wheels - I have swaped the wheels for the ones from the Serrano2, these wheels CAN be coloured. • Speedometer - I added an extra speedometer above the dashboard like you see in the Sultan RS.
Extra's and Info About Them • Bonnet - There are 2 bonnet/hood variations, the original and a carbon one.
Current Bugs • Small part of the back of the Feltzer has no stripe effect. I only noticed this recently.New BuffaloDownload: http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/vehicle-mods/9628 Major Changes • Front Bumper - I have increased the size of the front bumper for a more speedy and import look. • Front Grill - I have replaced the original front grill with a brand new intimidating looking one. • Colours - I have enabled 2 colours for the Buffalo. The main colour and the pin stripe colour. • Wheels - I have swapped the wheels for the ones from the Serrano2, these wheels CAN be coloured.
Extra's and Info About Them • Rear Spoiler - I've added a nice rear spoiler (from Infernus). • Bonnet/Hood Scoops - There are 2 sets of scoops for the bonnet/hood, the second one is more intimidating in my opinion.
Current Bugs • Head lights - At this time the head lights seem to have disappeared and I don't know why. This has been happening with all the vehicles I import into GTA IV/EFLC. It might just be affecting my game. If they are gone for you as well I would like to know.New MaverickDownload: http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/vehicle-mods/9246 Major Changes • Rotors - I had deleted two of the four rotors on both the main body and the tail. However when the rotors are spinning you will see four. This is because having only 2 spining rotors makes it look odd. • Tail - I have made the beginning of the tail look a little bit fatter. • Tail spoiler - I have moved the tail spoiler up onto the end of the tail fin and extended its length to look more like an MD-500.
Current Bugs • Tail - At this time the tail seems to be missing only ONE polygon. Its not incredibly noticeable though.New JetmaxDownload: http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/vehicle-mods/8828 Major Changes • Length - I had increased the length of the boat's front end to give it a new look. • Exhaust pipes - I have added 4 massive exhaust pipes to the boat to give it that speeder, agreesive look to it.
Extra's And Info About Them • Added a massive spoiler to the back of the boat, this is listed as Extra 2. • Added a super charger to the back of the boat to give it that grunt look about it. This is listed as Extra 1.
Current Bugs • Handling - At this time the handling for the New Jetmax may seem a little buggy. This could be due to me extending the boats length a little bit thus causing a shake effect when driving at high speeds.New MuleDownload: http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/vehicle-mods/8803 Major Changes • Length - I had increased the length of the truck to implement a middle axle and wheel. • Collision - The collision for the truck has been worked on to allow you to enter the back of the truck freely. • Front bumper - I have edited the front bumper to make it look a little bit bigger. This isn't really a majour change, but something to notice.
Extra's And Info About Them • Added a bullbar for the front of the truck. It is listed as Extra 8.
Current Bugs • Collision - At this time the collision that has been worked to allow you to enter the back of the truck is fine, but the only problem I encountered was that if you close the rear doors of the truck after placing a vehicle in the back, the vehicle will knock the doors right off and fall out as you drive forward. This is unfixable at this stage.New SabreGTDownload: http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/vehicle-mods/8745 Major Changes * Different Wheels - I replaced the original Sabre GT wheels with the wheels from the Sabre, you can also change their colour. * Front grill - Added more bars to the front grill. There was originally just one set. * Engine - Removed the air cleaner that was on top of the engine (disc like object), so I could place the super charger on it.
Extra's And Info About Them * Added the super charger and the hood cables from the Dukes. * Added a smooth, solid plate for the hood. This covers up the hole in the hood needed for the super charger. * Added a spoiler for the rear of the car. It's not too big and I think it looks decent.
Current Bugs • The wheels - At this time the wheels will look like they are flashing a bit. This may or may not be due to the fact that I edited the wheels material so that they can be any colour you want. This post has been edited by XTREME0235 on Wednesday, Jul 25 2012, 22:11

| QUOTE (NaidRaida @ Tuesday, May 29 2012, 03:20) | Don't worry, I don't consider your topic as a 'copy' of my one. You're a contributive guy I know that. Keep up the good work on your cars. I'm sick of all this conversions... we need more original IV mod cars Maybe you should include some more details what you changed on these cars and bikes. Maybe someday we can make a vehicle as co-production. An X-Treme Gangsta Ride! | Thanks for that Raida. I agree when you mention that we need more original IV car mods, some of them (sometimes a lot) look even better than the real life vehicle mods.
I cleaned up the OP a little bit and added detailed descriptions on the changes for the vehicles, hopefully you guys like that. I'm working on another car mod at the moment, it's the 'New Manana' and it has rather basic changes to it. Nothing over the top but still quite noticeable.
The OP has been updated with a preview of the New Manana. This post has been edited by XTREME0235 on Tuesday, May 29 2012, 09:55

Yeah I agree with you on that Raida, it's a nice car that can look good as both a low-rider and classic muscle which is what I was going for with this edit, something basic to make it look meaner.
Opening Post as been updated with a download link for the New Manana!
Also check out the next release, the New Merit.

Some things to still work on but expect a release sometime this weekend. This post has been edited by XTREME0235 on Friday, Jun 1 2012, 11:57

Yeah that' my New Sabre, unfortunately I stopped production on that due to the pain job stuffing up on my latest save and I haven't had the motivation to fix it up. Plenty more 'New' rides to come though so stay tuned!

| QUOTE (NaidRaida @ Sunday, Jun 10 2012, 23:51) | | The new Merit looks hot! Enjoy a slice of probably cold pizza. | Thanks for the compliment Raida. Just a few more fixes and testing, then it should be ready for release.
@Burner; don't think of them as 'import' wheels but a different kind of muscle wheels. People only refer to them as import wheels because they are originated on the Sultan RS, I think they look good on certain muscle cars.

These rims look good on muscle cars. My previous car had similar rims. If it's a sporty car, these kind of rims are never wrong. Pretty much the same as the Slammer has: This post has been edited by NaidRaida on Tuesday, Jun 12 2012, 19:49

Also giving it a better (sportier) look.

This is labelled as Extra 3. • Spoiler[s] - I have added 2 spoiler variations, the stock one and the one from the Sultan. | QUOTE (NaidRaida @ Friday, Jun 15 2012, 03:00) | | We shall make an online race! Your monster Merit against my super Sentinel. Too bad that I decided for modding, not multiplayer. | May the best car win, lol. I'm just slowly taking my time on this one, I haven't had enough motivation to fix the minor issues that have come with it.
I'll most likely have it finished this weekend.

Take your time! If you're in a hurry while modeling, it's never good.
I have read that you have problems with the lights of the EfLC cars. Some time ago I found a working fix for that issue! Smokey8808 corrected all the lights. I think you'll like it so as I do. It's just the original models but with fixed lights. If you're going to use the fixed models you should also credit him, he's a very helpful guy all the way.

The bug with the lights seems to occur with the default GTA IV vehicles as well. Basically if there is glass covering the headlights, the bug will occur so I've had to remove the glass from the New Merit due to this issue.
If there is a way to fix this issue for the IV vehicles as well I would greatly appreciate it.
