can some one guide me how to install it please?

after 2 days tried to install this mod then I just realize that this mod doesnt work for IOS . Every time I choose resume or new game it loads 1/10 and then it crash

i had problems with my gta 3 mobile too.
do you have iphone 4s or ipad 2?
if you have one of those idevics i said above, do the following:
1:extract all archives from oldveh_xxx that came from the mod
2:replace your gta3_pvr files with the files extracted from the oldveh_xxx
3:run it and see if works.
if you have ipad 1 or iphone 4 or lower iphone types, then i dont know.

Well it still doesn't work . Thanks for the help MR. alexmuranaka but what about the folder "Data" and "Models" do I suppose to copy it into gta3.app too?

You doesnt have to copy the folders to the gta3.app folder, just copy the files inside the data and models folder to your gta3.app folder.

Maybe its my Ipad 3 problems, tried everything you said but it stills crash . I guess I have to deal with it man

well, you did used IMGTools 2.0 and extracted the oldveh_xxx cars and delted the cars from gta3_pvr and added oldveh_xxx cars you extracted, right?
man, its so strange!
the mod was supposed to work perfectly by doing this!
currently the only gta 3 that doesnt support the mod is the PC Version.
anyway, sorry that it didnt worked

This mod is very good when i was have psp i play on it witch all gta games and lcs was my favourite ,this mod i awesome i use him on my android tablet and on pc ,i have only one why in this mod isnt LCS road textures ? like in orginal LCS ,taht from GTA 3 are wrong look in this mod

Alright scrap that what i said above,

There are no instructions in the zip, so i'm just going by guessing,

Can't seem to be able to copy folders =/ says device either stopped or bleh bleh

Installation
Android:
Rename oldveh_xxx, misc_xxx, particle_xxx to your file names(I have oldveh_atc...)
All files in replace in gta3_xxx replace in your gta3_xxx.img
All files in add to gta3_xxx add to your gta3_xxx.img with IMG Tool 2.0
...and replace all folders from mod folder with your com.rockstar.gta3/files/gta3...folders...

IOs:

did what i was suppose to, it runs, but it crashes after around 10 seconds in-game =/

Option "New game" is not working.

I cannot find for ex. Maveric or Hunter

Ferry is not working

Rest is OK I think, but without helicopter it sucks.

delete old saves
ferry station sometimes are glitched
to get hunter go to airport or car crusher
to get maverick, go somewhere that is away from salvatore mansion and go back and you will see maverick.
