yea, its cause he is czech, so this upload file is czech too, which makes the download faster to czezhs peoples but slower for us in america.
so uploading on rapidshare would make the file upload time higher for him and it would take too much time to upload it.
but he keeps radios at meidafire at least(cause would take too much time for downloading it)

1. i have no idea to replace or add gta3???img
2. my gta 3 android guns and wheels become sliver after i added models and data in to com.rockstar.gta3

Use imgtool to do the replace and add files to the gta3_xxx(usually gta3_atc or gta3_unc on android)
Search for a tutorial on how to use imgtool on google.

back in the time, i made a lcs mod for gta3 called "stories from Liberty city". and i released a beta of it. (you can still download it)

so i was wondering, how about i give you my stuff (which uses original lcs textures in hq format, unlike yours) and you give me yours to use in "GTA3 Special Extended Edition"?

i know its kind of silly, but will work for the normal pc version, because this is the most complete and accurate LCS mod ive seen for III out there. thanx

On my pc it didnt worked.
Anyway, have you tried the helicopter(maverick)?
Tell us if you can fly it on pc(use dodo buttons to fly)

It cant work on pc, because some models are from san andreas and not converted for pc, only work on mobile btw if LCS mod will be final, I convert it to pc

I'm working on PC-version. If Rockstar Games are release GTA VC on Androids, then LCSonVC can be transferred on Androids. But now that the consistency of the LCS on Androids is not possible.

vision 2.8 works fine, although some textures are still missing.
But why is there missing with helicopters and moto bikes? I am sure you can do better I suggest you add the start up video and whole liberty city map on 2.9
