Installation
Android:
Rename oldveh_xxx, misc_xxx, particle_xxx to your file names(I have oldveh_atc...)
All files in replace in gta3_xxx replace in your gta3_xxx.img
All files in add to gta3_xxx add to your gta3_xxx.img with IMG Tool 2.0
...and replace all folders from mod folder with your com.rockstar.gta3/files/gta3...folders...

IOs:
Download it on pc, then copy you gta3_xxx(atc or unc or pvr) img and dir to your pc.
Next, use imgtools to open your gta3_xxx and search for the files you will replace and DELETE IT!!!
After that, add the files on the add to gta3_xxx and replace on gta3_xxx folders, rebuild it(to make your gta3_xxx less big).
Go to the models folder, rename all files with _xxx to _unc or rename it to _atc(depends of your gta3.app)
Alright, overwrite all folders and gta3_xxx and its installed!
If it crashes, the idont know.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!! I HAVE PROBLEM BLUE SCREEN OF DEAD ON MY PC
I tried defragment,clean temp,delete viruses with Eset Smart Security 4.BSOD shows 1-3 seconds and then pc restarts.

Tried running your pc without any extra things plugged into it (usb stick, external hdd, joypad, etc)? Tried updating drivers? Tried re-installing windows?
If you've attempted all three together and it still doesn't work, that sounds like broken hardware.


Mod looks good but lacks a bright timecyc.

I updated driver for ATI and I haven´t Blue Screen after this update.
I have bricked my smartphone(bootloop) and I fixed it too...

Wasting your money on a mac is a stupid idea because:
1. Mac costs the same as a very high end gaming PC, but is like a lower end PC. (seriously, GTA SA lags on it, I have heard)
2. Mac has the BS lie, "Mac doesn't have Viruses". It has viruses, but there isn't anything that can detect them.
3. Most software doesn't work on Mac, or runs in a emulator so it runs worse, due to hardware, and emulation.

So here is an idea that will help you get your stuff back. Buy a new Hard drive, or use a spare one, and load Windows 7 on it. Then you make the computer load off the new HD. You keep your old one in there, and you can get your files off of it.

Hm, not for me. GTA IV Runs on Very High (Everything on High) and doesn't lag.

I thought is coming from here. I'm glad you post it. The thing is, if your ATI video card is a bit old try to use only old versions of ATI Display Driver.

I can't use any update drivers newer than 8.702.0.0 after Bioshock 2 was released ( doesn't mean you need to do the same thing, stopping at this version ). Be careful with this, because new updates require only specific new video cards 2011/2012. Using these will mess up your PC too much, you can loose your PC.

When you are going to see any blue screen from now on infinite loop, ATI.dlls, is coming from this.

What are the specs? Are they custom?
