Then what has this to do in GTA V section? -.-'

It belongs here:
http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=404120

It might, but since it doesn't specifically say V then it's rather speculation then important news. That's why I made a thread where all the not-so-important-articles go, so not to make hundreds of threads.

We don't know any sh*t about GTA V.
GTAV and Max Pain 3 are both different games.

yeah and R* is the company making them, this is about marketing and market options...not about game programing or anything like that,it goes for all games not separate ones only.

For smart people they will realize why this thread have a point, for console fan boy and not so smart people they won't see anything because it doesn't have a GTAV tag on it.

Anyway I think it is good to know this, and if they use same scheme with GTAV like they did with MP3 I'll be glad in every way, either the use of DX11 and other technologies taking advantage of latest PC's tech, and the same if they do it with release dates, if they do all that in GTAV as they did in MP3 I'll be more then happy, even if its for 2013 only.

And if you come with the BS of "it's only speculation" then the best thing to do is close GTAV section, because all is speculation other then the trailer footage and some of the words R* said related with the location and the MP crews, everything else is speculation or obvious things like "it will have cars" - duh.

Good article and definitely relevant. Anything Rockstar does is relevant to GTA V because the same technology and process and many of the same people are making, or making decisions about how to make GTA V.

Particularly, I'm intrigued by the claim that they didn't have a "lead platform" on MP3. So far, the Xbox 360 has been the lead platform for RAGE-based games because of the development history of RAGE beginning before the PS3 came out. It would be a major achievement if they finally have RAGE mature enough on all three platforms that they are truly developing in parallel rather than porting.

Interesting, imagine if GTA V has been developed in parallel on PS3/PC, would be great!

That's my hope after Max Payne 3. I really hope they will use this line of work from now on. They have enough experience with their engine now to take full advantage of the consoles and PC capabilities. Max Payne 3 is proof enough.
