The latest GTA V is going to come out is March 2013, and most likely they mean for it to come out sooner. So we'll be seeing information much sooner than what you're saying. And if it gets delayed, which it probably will, that just means the information train lasts longer, because right now they working under the assumption that they'll be releasing it on the intended time period.

I don't think anything's going to happen on 2405, though.

Which is why it won't be released this summer. Info will not put fans off buying MP3, it should actually make them buy that to wait until GTA V is released.
