I can imagine the teaser announcement. You enter their site, everything is black with a text in the middle saying ''We can count to three'' with a grey HL3 logo in the background.

Hopefully it'll be something a little elaborate, sort of like how there were those hidden pictures in the radio beeps in Portal 1 announcing Portal 2 if I remember correctly.
