Hello, i'm new to this forum and i have some trouble in my gta 4.

since i played gta sa, i did love gta iv.
so i've many times modificated gta iv.
but now i got a wrong handling or things. i changed the carcols. that did'nt make trouble.
i did change the vehicles line. but that didn;t make trouble to.
when i've entered the handling and take the BMW m5 1990... ( CHAVOS )
the car stays INSIDE the road.
without handling line the car flips over and over and over. like you give gass, and you enter a curve it flips over.

so. this is the handling line the user gived me. :

handling 1550.0 5.5 85 0.0 0.0 -0.80 0.0 5 0.18 1.0 145.0 0.3 0.65 0.7 35.0 1.1 0.90 14.5 0.15 0.47 1.4 0.9 1.0 0.14 -0.18 0.0 0.5 1.0 1.0 0.8 1.5 0.0 20 440000 0 0

Need i to enter handling with it? i use the GTAIVCCEv1.0.117.0BETA
and works great. but some carmakers are to newb that they give the wrong handling.

Somebody can help me?

I simply don't know that much about modding. Consult the modding boards or copy the settings for some other car and then make required modifications that fit with the new model better.
