i heard that a lot of people want to make a mission in liberty city.So:
i am making this to help you
( if you made a mission in LC, you can post it here )

first; download this mod.
( you need the mod to teleport to liberty city)

installing the mod:
no need install, just extract to a random directory
after this, open the game,new game, dyom
then open ''sat''(in the directory you extracted the files)

creating the mission in LC

here an example (you can make as you like)

make a cutscene or dialogue showing the reason
that you need to go to LC
make a checkpoint in the entrance of airport
then minimize the game
with ''sat'' opened, click in liberty city
(in the tab opened points)
select one of the 2 options
and click in teleport
maximize your game and make a teleport objective
then use your creativity!

IMPORTANT; you can't walk in the whole liberty city
some streets aren't solid

download this mission
it's the mission that i made in liberty city

No need to download a mod, just find the Marco's Bistro interior or find a mission (that you can still edit or just play it all) then use objects to get out of the court behind the Bistro to get to the streets.

Also, there are these two pages with missions beeing in Liberty City. Not all of these actually are (some people put the name 'Liberty City' to their missions without having it even taking place in Liberty City) and others used mods such as GTA: United, etc., but if you take time to search, you will find some (that don't require you to download anything else than the mission itself):

to get spawned inside marco's bistro
