I've turned up the settings on my nvidia control panel to maximum quality (over performance) yet, as you can see in the screenshot below, lines on roads and the sides of buildings appear dotted/jagged over a slight distance. Any way to improve this little problem?

What resolution do you use and what settings have you turned up to what values? I've also used nVidia Control Panel to boost my game a bit and I hadn't really noticed that I had those jaggies until now. They don't look as severe as yours but I still see them. I don't think that's anything that more AA or anything could fix.

1024x768 is not the highest resolution by far.
