Spark IV Problems PLEASE HELP

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: May 21, 2012	Right so I installed Spark IV and then it said that GTA4.EXE is needed. SO i went looking and downloaded it it and then it said it could not find the GTA4.EXE directory so I had to find. I did and when I pressed ok nothing happened it never opened and that happens everytime I do it. PLEASE HELP PLEASE HELP
