Criticism is "useful", you can use it constructively to improve your work. Take what he said into account and improve your story/autobiography.

Take what he said into account and improve your story/autobiography.

Like I thought, you counldn't take criticism, why do you even write if you're afraid of being critisized?
You should know for one thing that people will critisize you when you're doing something but you, instead of reacting negatively, should take it positively and use it for your betterement.
