Well I've been searching the web for awhile looking for a decent one but had no luck. This one's an exception, it looks awesome.

But people made him mad and rushed him. He said he released it somewhere all Nirvana fans would know. He has one available on GTA Forums but he looks more like a heavy metal fanatic. His name is BeeswaX, by the way. So yeah, if any if you guys have one or know where he posted it, please tell me.

This is kinda off topic but...
The ZIP. archive had a PNG file which looked like what he would wear, but it's not a txd so it won't work. So how do convert PNG's to TXD's and dff's?

Use TXD Workshop. Usage is pretty intuitive if you explore the functions by clicking various buttons and such but post here if you have any problems.

Normally I'd lock this topic since this is a request which belongs in the Request Topic that Prometheus posted but I'll leave it open if you encounter any problems.

I made the .txd but when I put it on, he is shirtless but still has the form of a shirt. I would upload the pic but I don't know how.
