What I see here is trainer.asi

Remove any modded file, re-install the game and let us know what is the situation.

I got a car pack and I have modded the playerped but the weird thing is when I start a fight against police is when it crashes but if I just roam around the city without doing anything it doesn't also I have enb to.

Generally, you should make sure all of your mods match the game version you're using and you should never add a lot of mods at once.
