Tranquilliser darts would be fun, why not include more non-lethal weapons like beanbag rounds and rubber bullets? Those would be more fun with Euphoria. Non-lethal rampage in GTA ... interesting

A beanbag shotgun for police would be cool. You'll get the gun when you get into a police cruiser. You could shoot people and make the other player be stunned or fall, would be awesome for trolling players in multiplayer.

The only way how to make Firefighter more usable in GTA universe:

Ohh... I miss that mission in VC that you should burn a lot of peoples in a few time with that flame thrower. The hard one but a good one too.

I really hope we get to see a flamethrower in this game. They had one in L.A. Noire, they'd better have one in GTA! >:D
