Name a city or 3 you would like a GTA game based around.
Has to be new.
Possible game title?

My 3 are Chicago,Milwaukee,Detroit
Reasons. All Three are midwest cities that are fairly close.
Milwaukee to Chicago is only 30min drive. Detroit is fairly close also.
All 3 are large cities that have both really nice areas and extremely poor areas (Ghetto)
They all are close to Lake Michigan(Milwaukee is on Lake Michigan)
Each city has its own gangs and night life(clubbing etc)
Id Center it around Chicago like how LS is the main city.
Chicago is the 3rd largest city in the US.
Milwaukee can be the escape town from Chicago but will run into similar problems.
Detroit can be where they go for future buisness/missions

Game title would have to deal with Lake Michigan.

Character: id perfer iy to be a younger american character.
Maybe Hispanic (i myself am black) hope character is no older then 23.

This also gives R* a chance to really use a winter element snow,hail storms,Lake freezes. Snow plow trucks could be seen removing snow. Snow can melt away and be hot outside

Id like to hear any ideas u guys have.

If they do something like that they will have a roster of 5 areas, that's enough for 5 GTA games and around 2 generations of console. We will have a settings for years lol.
Also Liverty city could come back with boston.

For Dark city I would say

I think New Orleans would be good, if I remember rightly it was murder capital of the US at some point so maybe the game could be set in that time.

Somewhere in India, probably a mix of a few states, considering that many places there appear the same in some ways; therefore different states (include a main city for each) would give a variety in appearance and landscape, people etc. People may not find this all too appealing, but having been to India twice myself I know a fair bit about it. Countryside with fields is a large aspect of it, however you also have your fair shair of ghettos (often in the form of shanty towns) and richer areas. The gap between the rich and poor is immense, more than most places in the world, so the storyline could mix in with this. India has its fair amount of crime aswell. Whether it be over plain and simple money or land (farms, fields and cattle). There is a large variety in all of this. Id find it amazing to be having full scale shoot outs in the shanty town/village areas as normally there are not much roads there, mainly just houses joint to each other in the centre divided by a thin pathway. Peopl peeking out of knowhere and shooting in areas like this would be incredible. There are a lot of places there where you would not want to be in at night as well... looks very suspicous in some areas...
But thats my take on it anyway; always wanted a game to be set in a place where there are favelas and stuff aswell as obviously the richer areas. Therefore i like locations such as India, Mexico, Jamaica and Brazil.

And it's the crown jewel of the south. Idk, I think ATL would bring an entirely different vibe to GTA...not sure if it would be good or bad.

Seattle- oh wait, nvm, R* already did a depressing city where the sun never shines (III's LC).

London, but rendered at least differently enough from The Getaway. That game was... ok, just not a GTA.

DC. Fallout 3 proved you could do a good game with the ruins of Washington DC.

I'd like to see Seattle and possibly all or most of the state of Washington. I know that Seattle isn't as universally known to some as say nyc or la but if they made the game you'd find that Seattle has made some serious impacts on pop culture that could be parodied. It's the birthplace of grunge, a ton of great bands have come out of there(nirvana, pearl jam, Alice in chains). It could have a killer soundtrack especially if it took place during that era. It's the coffee capital where Starbucks originated, I could see bean machine coffee shops on every corner and you could have their corporate headquarters somewhere in the city. There's the space needle too which is a pretty well known landmark. I could list a bunch of other stuff too...
