It's just about the crews.. "Keep them going in GTA V", they could have just typed "GTA V" there, but it looks much better this way.

In your next post you say "time will tell", no time won't tell, you think Rockstar will give an official statement about that picture being GTA V or MP3? Look at the link where you have the biggest image of it and you have your answer. If you still think otherwise you're probably one of the people who still believes LV and SF will be in the game.

Judging from the small hill and the crappy houses is probably Sao Paulo, but could be Las Puertas or Los Santos. the image is too blurred.

Living in Brasil nearly my entire life, I would go on the edge to say, yes that's Sao Paulo lol. When your dealing with Rockstar you just never know.

They're just trying to promote this new crews feature that they've brought out recently, that's all. But I do think that some GTA V information will be on the horizon in the next month or so when Max Payne has calmed down a bit, if not on 24/05, which is a good possibility.
