Well by next week all will be told, confernece call May 22, then you have you're mysterious date May 24, if the memorial weeekend comes with next Friday starting that off with no information on GTA, you can all grab a beer/soda, and drink all weekend long in you're sorrows, then we can all say it'll be June 4, day before E3. But all in all next week will be the week to look out for any tidbits, at the least the conference calls are always good.

Imagine if R* decide not to show anything about V on May 24th, but rather, instead they reveal more features about Agent, announce a Max Payne 3 DLC, announce the next Midnight Club game, etc. If R* pulls that off, I don't see how they'll be taken by the fans positively.

The fans want gta V and they don´t care about other games , any other game exist in the universe for a true gta v fan except other gta. if they don´t give new information about gta v....wait wait this scenario is the less probable, they will give new information yes or yes by a several reasons;
1;This is the most important . The take two stocks are in his lower level in months ,and the inminent launch of MP3 is not helping much for increase his value.
2;7 months without information is too much for a big game like gta v. R* know that a lot of people is becoming crazy with the lack of information and they care his fans.
3;The evidences about may 24.

I'm really not expecting anything, but then again, something could happen.. They could say something to steal the thunder from E3. But i'm not getting my hopes up. That way, when nothing happens, i'm not as disappointed.

Either way, it seems unlikely that they will say anything before June, with MP3 being released.

MP3 is not R* flagship game, and if they think it is, then let them lose money. I mean GTA is way bigger than another R* game since its formation back in 1998.

And why can't R* bring back the classic games like SMUGGLE, or anything from 10 years ago other than Max Payne.

And it wasn't Rockstars idea about the original Grand Theft Auto game, it was DMA Design (now R* North), so why can't R* give some thought about the series instead of blanking it out with MP3 or LA Noire, or RDR. I for one have no interest whatsoever in these games apart from GTA who made DMA Design into R*

That's right. Besides, the singleplayer of Max Payne 3 like pretty every other linear shooter is short. It is about 12 hours or less.

I don't think 2405 refers to the Rockstar Booth at the E3. Rockstar itself confirmed they will be there as part of Take Two and the number is 2401.

I am certain GTA V will be released this year.

If it were to be released in 2013, they would only announce the game beginning this September.

Instead, the game was announced in last November.

MAX PAYNE 3 was scheduled to release in March 2012 but was delayed to May 2012.

If we were to follow the original MAX PAYNE 3 release date, we should hear something about GTA V this month since it is supposed to be 2 months after the original date.
