Welcome to Liberty City 2012
GTA:Liberty Dream is a mod for GTA SA. It will take place after the events of GTA III. There will be some new features and the graphics will be High Quality.this mod was before created for III but,III is too old and it fits SA more.but,we will do our best to make this mod looks awesome.

But I'll make some correction of the description anyway:
GTA:Liberty Dream is a mod for GTA SA. It will take place after the events of GTA III. There won't be many new features and the graphics won't be High Defination because the RenderWare Engine has some limitations Of course this won't look like IV on the RAGE Engine.
-New Vehicles -New Weapons -New Ped -New Graphics -New HUD -HD Textures -Possibly Multiplayert -Possibly Social Clubt And still many more...t

I don't know what this sh*t is at all Liberty Dream is already in GTA IV. The American Dream, the land of the opportunity. So why again Liberty?? Just play GTA Iv and you are already for the American Dream. This mod will die like all the others. So this is a joke.
