First of all, I payed for GTA4 and EFLC X 2 (PC and PS3), so dont tell me I am a pirate.
My laptop cannot read the cd, and I am searching for a way to play the game without CD. My game version is 1.0.4 (cannot play the newest version because I have FPS problems).

Thanks!

Well, the only way is to use a crack, so we can't help you here.

Sorry.

I caved in and use Steam so I don't have to have the disc in, but it really really sucks cause I have to download the whole game which takes over 2 whole days.

Haven't tried this but you might be able to mount the image to a virtual media drive and play the game that way.

if you legally own the game using cracks aren't considered as piracy by most of editors , or at least it's tolerated by most of them . steam of course allows you to backup the files for a futher installation , but steam has an unconvenient , you need to be online to be able to play

Downloading a copy of software you own is not piracy, as it is considered a backup of the software.

It is 100% legal in all cases as long as it's the same software. smile.gif
