FACT: A wise man named Ron Burgundy once said that a woman's brain is a third the size of ours. It's science. SCIENCE! "Oh, I'm a woman pulling out of my apartment complex. Oh no, there's too much traffic so I can't cross, I'm just going to pull out here, drive forward 50 feet, and then do an illegal u-turn, so I don't have to yield right of way to anybody. Because, you know, I'm a woman and a list of things I'm good at (and by good, not as good as doing as a man is) are cooking."Thanks, bitch. edit: In the second picture, you can see the Pontiac Aztek, the worst car ever made, being driven by said woman. So, I'm driving to get my mom a present, because yesterday was her birthday. I turn onto a street that has 2-3 lanes going into and coming out of the intersection, but are not marked, and goes down to one lane in both directions after the landscape divider, but is wide enough for 4 lanes, two in each direction, with a double yellow line down the middle. There's a break in the divider, were 5-7 cars were waiting to turn left into the shopping complex. Across from the shopping complex is this young lady's apartment complex, which she was coming out of. Facing the problem of having to wait for all those cars to turn, she pulls out of the apartment complex, now driving ahead of me. The divider ends, she slows down and pulls to the right, so I hammer it and pull to the left. Then she turns. ( WHY DID YOU TURN!?!?!) At which point we collide. Then the cops show up and arrest me because I had 2 warrants out for traffic violations. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM, LOL. Pay $500 for the tickets, released. This morning, hop on the horn with State Farm (her boyfriends insurance, because of course it wasn't her car). They accept fault in less than 2 hours, and I've got a nice 2012 Jetta for a rental. LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR, STATE FARM IS THERE! The State Farm agent and I were actually looking at this view from GoogleMaps when I was explaining to him how it happened. Hooray for technology. My insurance agent was not as friendly, but at least State Farm is covering everything, because my insurance company told me my car was "flagged" for a possible total loss. Phew. f*cking women, though. This post has been edited by Desmosedici on Friday, May 11 2012, 19:12

Doesn't matter, there's a clock on the stove. |

I T-Boned a huge black lady who thought she could beat us out of a stop sign. As you can see by my beautifully rendered Google Street View picture, this is me, and this is her. She drove casually up to the stop sign, as usual, and I was driving 45mph down the road, which has no stop sign, and she must yield right-of-way to me. She felt as though, with me being about where the blue arrow starts, to turn in front of me to make her turn. It may have been ok, had she continued her turn, but she felt, for whatever insane reason, to stop in the middle of the intersection . Now, other than her complete lack of thought, there were many things wrong with this picture. She was not the owner of the car, and neither was her passenger. She had no insurance, and neither did the passenger, OR the owner of the car. She had gotten back surgury a WEEK EARLIER, and wasn't allowed to drive for a month. Common sense was nowhere on her part. Thank God we had Uninsured Motorist. If not, we never would've gotten a free hospital trip or the $2000 for the totaled car. EDIT: Found pics of my Accent. Not very pretty... This post has been edited by fatal1ty619 on Sunday, May 20 2012, 23:29
