hi. i'm new here wanting to know which enb is perfect for my computer.
my computer can run gta 4 in high settings no lag (not max) but i test some enbs and it didn't go fast and asking you guys if you can help out
(also please include the game settings (graphic settings) because maybe that is the problem (please include:video mode, texture quality, reflection resolution, water quality, shadow quality, texture filter quality, view distance, vehicle density, shadow density, definition, and vsync)

Lower the draw distance, Shadow Quality, and so till you're able to reach at least 30-35 FPS. Then use this ENB.

Texture Filter Quality = Medium

Draw Distance = Decrease by 8

Shadow Quality = Medium

VSync = off
