This is not my story, but it's someone I know (Ill call them Max) story put into my words: Here is a wierd true and freaky story, Max used to work as a funeral director, so he would usually see dead people, anyway, Max got a call to go check on a body with some of her co-workers, now here's where the story gets freaky. When Max looked at the body, he almost passed out.

The person had their head beat in with a bat, then ran over TWICE!, he had nightmares about that day for over a month .

I lived in the suburbs in the South where idiots are breed that will do nearly anything to look good in front of their friends.

In our little neighborhood there was a gang that called themselves "Zeta", they were a group of (mostly Hispanic) friends who were in 8th/9th grade and f*cked things up for everyone else because they had nothing better to do. I hung out with them from time to time because a close friend of mine was also one of their girlfriends (My friend and I were in 8th grade at the time I knew them as a gang).

I have tons of stories lurking around my head about them, but there is one that is especially f*cked up.

A few years before they organized into their group a few of them I thought of as cool. One of them named Charles was this terrible kid (I only realized this after he started bullying my little sister) he would egg people's homes, spray random bullsh*t on people's houses, and start random fights at the age of 10. Now I realize bank fraud isn't always a popular issue on bulletin boards, but regardless it's no fun to be deceived. Anyways, I was walking to the neighborhood dump to go trash-diving like I did every Saturday and I saw every 5-16 year old kid in the neighborhood crowding around something in the middle of the street. I walked over to see what attracted such a crowd, and there was a tortoise there. Charles was flipping it over, and spinning it, and sitting on it, etc. and the tortoise didn't look amused at all (in fact, as most forms of turtle do, he looked quite sour, but even more so in this case). After watching it being tortured for a while a few of us decided that the fun was getting out of hand and attempted to get Charles to stop. A few of his friends saw that we were upset and decided to tease us. "Why don't you stand on it!?" yelled Oglathrope, one of his friends. "Better yet, I'll jump on it." They both laughed. And then, a monster popped out and chased us all away!

The last bit was, there were kids screwing around with a tortoise in my neighborhood when I was around 10 just like in the story, but I didn't stand around to watch. I don't remember anyone mentioning anything about killing it, but I don't remember any talk of it, or seeing it later.

Sometimes I wish that the government had a law where if people didnt behave in ways that a normal human being should (abusing animals is on the same level as a racist/murderer IMO) they would get locked in jail for a while

If everyone acted 'normal' and was punished for acting 'abnormal', well, go read 1984 if you'd actually want to enforce this law. Even if you're just talking about instances like animal abuse, child molestation, or date rape you'd still be jailing people because what they did is irrational in your mind. A lot of people are doing it because to them it seems perfectly rational in their circumstances, but this isn't really the topic to discuss this.

Here in PA we have some pretty harsh animal cruelty laws. You don't even have to kill an animal to do jail time. It' enforced even - not just like a joke law to have around and ignore.

I had a pretty f*cked up night last night. First off it was agreed that we'd meet in a certain pub at 8.30, and I get there at 8.30 and then my friend rings me to tell me everyone is in a different pub. So I ring my dad to come pick me up and then the same friend rings me back to say he's kidding, so I have to ring my dad back again and tell him to go back. The friend tells me they're all at his house which is only about 2 mins from the pub, so I walk down. They then decide to come meet me at the pub without telling me, but they go a different way to the way I'm walking so we miss each other. I get to his house to see it empty and I'm thinking he's having me on again, but I'm out of credit on my phone so I can't ring anyone. I'm pissed off so I decide to take a whizz in his garden.

Just as I'm finishing my wee wee I get called to say everyone is at the pub, anyways I walked back to it and met them all. I have absolutely no recollection of anything that happened between the hours of midnight and when I woke up this morning, which is probably a good thing. Basically when I got in I mistook the chair in my room for a toilet and pissed all over it along with the clothes that were on it. I'd drunk a hell of a lot so it wasn't just a light sprnkling, I full on blasted it with litres and litres of the stuff. It's a fancy leather office chair which I use for gaming, poor thing has served me well over the years and that's how I repay it.

I went on that website, clicked on the "Random Article" menu and the title was in French I think.

It said there was a YouTube video (2:32 seconds long" which is basically a guy staring intently at the camera (or viewer) with symbols flashing every 10 seconds. Apparently that video caused 100 or so people to gauge their eyes out, and YouTube took it down and instead uploaded a 20 second version of the clip, which has no suicidal effect.

According to the article, a YouTube employee watched the video and committed suicide after.

I also searched the name of the video on Google and it seems this sh*t could be for real...
