Hello,I'm getting new kind of error in Grand Theft Auto IV - Episodes From Liberty City,i don't know what i've done to it,please help me.

Your screenshot suggests you tried starting the game with the EFLC.exe while you're supposed to use LaunchEFLC.exe.
