And when I'm talking about E3 presentation it can also be a couple days before E3. What speaks for & against it?

I believe that it is likely simply because Max payne 3 will finally be released by then, but then again it would only be a small gap between MP 3 release and Trailer 2 and we know that R* likes to make Countdowns. As you can see I wouldn't bet my money on it. What do you guys think about it?

My logic: Take Two Interactive (TTWO) will be at E3. TTWO does not acknowledge the existence of GTAV. Therefore, GTAV will not be mentioned at all in relation to E3. Rockstar does not have a say in this since TTWO is the parent company. Sometime in June or July well after E3, depending on how MP3 is selling, TTWO will allow Rockstar to begin marketing.

Well, what big game would TTWO announce then?(the space TTWO take up on E3 is pretty huge so it must be a big game) MP3 is released by then and there isn't a big game from TTWO or R* Announced other then GTA V...
So it's only logical that it is GTA V.

Sure, they don't need it but they could certainly steal the thunder from other companies If they'd release 2 days before E3... Everybody would speak about V!(I'm quoting pach btw but I just don't have a better way to explain it sorry)

You forget that take two also owns 2k games, so they could easily just be showing up with borderlands 2 and bioshock infinite.

Rockstar will probably annouce GTA V info on their own before E3 in order to take some attention away from it and put it on them.
