RASA (Revolutionary Anti-State Agency) dominated San Andreas, many people died and RASA gave a coup. Sgt. James "Jim" Hank and Soldier Frederick Neal were sent by an agency of the U.S. government, called M.A.S. (Military Attack Squadron).
They were sent on a mission to destroy all anti-aerial weapons and recruiting new members.
Their mission is to reclaim San Andreas.

First Missions - Operation Hustry
After two weeks traveling hidden in a ship of the RASA, James, Fry and more one soldier arrived at the port of Los Santos. Their mission is destroy a missile load (missiles from USSR).
