The Brotherhood is a group of assassins and mercenaries. We consider ourselves a "militaristic" group. To us, skill outweighs words. We want to bring GTA and all of its organizations into a new age, a "renaissance" if you will. We believe that tyrant leaders need to be ousted, and a new generation of open minded individuals to replace them. We will do everything in our power to enforce this idea.
We feel that the men you spend your time with day in, and day out, on this game; the ones that drive you out of war zone, the guys that fight beside you, are your brothers and should mean everything to you.
We are spreading our message across GTA IV and we hope to see more organizations join our way of thinking. However, if they choose not to, we have methods of changing their mind.
After witnessing the atrocities that S.C.A.R has committed, seen through the eyes of their former 2nd in command (One of the three founding members), the Brotherhood is here to take a stand. Together with former members of other organizations such as S.E.O, Evolved, and E.I.C, it was decided that something had to be done. Whether it takes going to each organization and explaining how they need to treat people, or by team death matching these "clubs", and destroying them. Or even making them bow down to us so we can rewrite their creeds to be more open minded, it makes no difference to us. We started as brothers, misfits, from all around the Xbox community, and now, under one flag, we will change history. We are making history every day.
The Crow, the mark of the Brotherhood. A crow symbolizes a Guardian of the Place Before Existence, Carrier of Souls from Darkness into Light, Working Without Fear in Darkness, Guidance While Working in Shadow, Moves Freely in the Void, Understands all Things Related to Ethics. Also it symbolizes Thievery, Trickery, Boldness, Skill, Cunning, Single-Mindedness, A Bringer of Knowledge, Swiftness, and Eloquence.
Our clan colors are dark blue for trust, truth, confidence and loyalty. Gray for security, reliability, intelligence and maturity. And black for sophistication, elegance power. We stick with urban camouflage as it not only carries our colors, but it gives us a visual edge during urban combat.
We commandeer Patriots, Cavalcade FXT's, as well as FIB buffalo. When surprise is necessary, we stack a commando team in a Burrito. Like any military clan, we also enjoy Enforcers. For aircraft, we use Annihilators for most of our work, but our highly trained snipers and recon teams use Mavericks to slip between buildings and fit on roof tops.
Between Plumbbob Avenue and Nougat Street is our compound in Acter Industrial Park. This is our home. If we see anyone in it, expect a swift eviction. We claim Acter Industrial Park, Happiness Island, and Meadows Park. If you dispute our claims, try to take it from us. We dare you.
Our eyes are set on the horizon. We see the warm waters and the warm western Sun of San Andreas as a welcoming battleground. We claim as much of this new frontier as possible and will continue our work there.
We accept contracts to carry out "assassinations" in the mafia sense of the word. Any organization may ask as long as they are in good standing with us. Ask via Xbox or by sending xBHx L3GI0N a private message or by messaging me on here.
Once the contract is accepted we will have a liaison contact you and ask for the details on how you want the "job" to be done. Once the details are clear, one of our commando units will be assigned the contract and it will be carried out within one week. By having us carry out a contract, we give you the credit we don't ask why and we don't boast about the contract. How the word of the assassination is brought out is up to you. Contract types: Bombings Long range eliminations Overwhelming barrage Public humiliations Private engagements Forcing to submit Special requests.
All Contracts can be recorded, if the organization wants, via capture card. This can then be posted on the forums or directly emailed to the one asking for the contract. Because this requires more effort it is not an option for all organizations, but only our closest allies and agents, or against our most hated foes.
xBHx prides its self on being the most informed soldiers on the battlefield and we offer this knowledge to our friends. If you are in good standing with us you may ask about another organization. Depending on if we have an active "operation" on them or not, we can inform you of the details about said organization. Information is the most devastating weapon one can wield.
We also offer our services on opening "operations" on an organization we don't know a lot about. Example: if Clan A ask about Clan B and we don't know Clan B. If it is asked, and if the deal is mutually beneficial, we will install an agent in Clan B to then gain information for Clan A.
Types of information: Clan movement Clan rosters Clan hierarchy Clan weakness Clan allies Clan enemies Special requests.
If an agent must be installed, the operation will take longer. Don't expect results in a few days, it can take weeks to build up trust. Expect it to be an ongoing flow of information, not just a dump of all knowledge we have on the subject.
We are open to alliances with any clan that abides by our golden rule: don't be a tyrant. If you are interested in a partnership, feel free to contact us. 1. Follow orders given by superiors. And follow the chain of command. 2. We expect you to play with/contribute to the clan at least three days out of the week. If you can’t contribute give an acceptable reason why you can’t “Reason must be signed off by an officer” 3. When scheduled for a clan event such as practice or a clan match we expect you to show up no shows will be severely punished. 4. No team killing no exceptions. 5. No sharing internal information about clan affairs with anyone outside the clan. 6. No firing on allies. If you are not sure if they are an alley or not wait for them to fire first. 7. No racism a joke here and there is ok but to be a bigot is not acceptable 8. Stick with your subclass we don’t expect an infantry solder flying a helicopter. 9. Don’t say or do unpatriotic things against the Brotherhood. 10. You must take the oath to be a full member of the Brotherhood and gain the ability to add xBHx to your gamertag.
Name and Profile Rules: Name requirements: Your name can only be changed after you have been oathed in. and your name must be approved of by an officer. Profile requirements: Your profile must include your rank and something about xBHx.
Punishments: Strike one: An officer will reprimand you and try and figure out why you broke the rule. Strike two: Your name is passed up the chain of command and depending on the first offence we will either suspend your membership as part of the clan or remove you from our roster. Strike Three: You are removed from our roster.
Traditions:
The Oath: The oath is a way of swearing allegiance to your brothers we take it personal. If you decide to take it and if you see any member with an xBHx gamertag they have taken the oath. When taking the oath as an enlisted member only one officer needs to be present. But for an officer taking his oath three other officers need to witness the oath.
Officers: In xBHx we don’t have officers without their very own responsibilities within the clan. Every officer you meet has been handpicked and voted in by the other officers and a majority of the members. To become an officer you must be nominated by another officer. A officer can take his own sergeant to be an assistant this sergeant will become the second highest voice on his officers subject and is expected to assist his officer with whatever is asked of him. The sergeant is also responsible for whatever disputes the officer may get into.
Squads: Squads can choose their own names as long as they are not in the commando groupings those squads names are picked by the commander that runs them. Squads can make their own emblem and get it approved as long as the send it to a officer first. Squads can have their own mottos. For a squad to start it must be nominated and voted on. All the ideas for the squad (Emblem, motto, members ECT) must be presented before the nomination

Recruiting:
Recruiting a member from something other than Xbox live is called a “Tap” only do this if the Prospect shows something that is a staple of being a xBHx member. Mass recruiting is called “Fishing”. If you go fishing do it reasonably we don’t want 10,000 squeakers. Takeing a member from another clan is called “Poaching” poached members Must bring something to the table. Any recruit can become a apprentice to an older member this has to be asked and approved on. This makes it so newer members can learn the ropes and if they mess up the older one gets in the trouble. Don’t mentor someone unless you trust them. If the apprentice breaks a rule that results in removal both members are removed.
We accept recruits. As a recruit we don't baby you. Show up, put in time, show commitment and you will go far. Don't, and just be a name on our roster. We prefer all our members to be active, but we leave the option to you. We don't remove people for being inactive; we just don't invite them to events. Your place in the clan is earned, not given. Show your skill sets, we cannot read minds. We have officer positions open and are always looking for leaders. So show us what you've got and we will notice.

After you took over it's been nothing but downhill battles, and becoming ghosts. SCAR had a decent run back in the day but it's time was short lived, as the creators of it have ceased to play. Not sure why you had to stick our name in this as we have nothing to do with Mafia's, let alone petty Military groups such as yourself. I like the concept of this clan. Seems awesome. Hope for the best of you guys in the future and perhaps an alliance? P;anning on making a new clan, which will still be a mafia, but either German, Russian, or Irish based. Italian mafias are over-rated

The things TSA does aren't nearly as bad as Brotherhood. I know all about these guys. One reason why SCAR is still around is because the previous first in command asked that I continue it instead of disband it. We've always been powerful. I do admit to some things are going downhill though, which I regret. It's difficult to lead a group whenever there are co-leaders with opposing viewpoints, but there's no way for me to get out of it. I mentioned TSA because Legion has history with them as well, something that those of us who were around to experience it still remember. Assassinations aren't bad. I'm just trying to do my best to put up with everything and survive because I can't get out of this position. If no one wants me to post here then that's up to Legion and not you.
