I made an object following the same procedure for other objects that are now in my Total Conversion. I have the dff file, col, txd. I add them to gta3.img with Img Tool 2.0. After I start the game, it crashes. i have made 5 different objects in 3ds max, but if I add them in the game using med and img tool, it crashes! I think that is a img tool problem! What to do???

You can't add more than 3 .col files on standard GTA San Andreas. You can merge objects.

Assuming you added objects probably to objs section within .IDE file(s) it's very likely that you exceeded GTA SA's limit of registered objs entries which is equal to 14000 and shall install SA Limit Adjuster.
In standard GTA SA game there are 13905 registered objs entries.

I have a lot of .col files in my gta3.img from my TC and are all working! But I have this problem now and I do not know why! I have around 4000 files in gta3.img.

Did you always ran "Rebuild Archiv"?
Have you tested with LimitAdjuster?

Remove the IPL of these objects and test if game works
If not, remove IDE lines and test again

If game still not work, remove dff and txd
If game still not work, remove col
don't forget to run "Rebuild Archiv"

If game still not work, IMG seems damaged or you have another bullsh*t failure

If game works after total removing of your objects, try next attempt in this way:
change dff with an existing dff, add the texture
edit IDE line of existing object to assigne it to the txd of new object
test again
if game don't work then, it's because failure of dff or txd
make then new txd, take an existing txd of game and change the names of the textures inside txd archiv, so that the dff can find it's textures for testing(should contain same amount of textures like the right one and should have same names, only BMP, no alpha)
if game don't work then, it's because failure of dff
